1. Return Policy

1.1 By purchasing a product from our online store, a distance contract is concluded. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you received the product you ordered.

1.2 CNTRPIECE is entitled to amend these return terms unilaterally. These terms were last amended on October 26, 2026.

1.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom order).

1.4 Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a deduction for loss in value.

1.5 We reserve the right to assess each returned product individually.

1.6 To start a return, please email us at info@cntrpiece.nl with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return instructions.

1.7 After withdrawing from the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, to: CNTRPIECE, Breitnerlaan 11, 1701 TA Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands.

1.8 Exchanges are only possible upon prior consultation and approval by CNTRPIECE.

1.9 Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please email us at info@cntrpiece.nl as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number and photos. We will arrange a suitable solution at no extra cost to you.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 CNTRPIECE will refund the purchase price of the returned product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

2.2 In the event of a partial return, we will only refund the amount relating to the returned product(s).

2.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

2.4 Return shipping costs for regular returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.
