Processing time
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 business day of confirmation. For pre-orders, the expected shipping window is listed on the individual product page.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The free shipping threshold applies to the order total after discounts. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

For destinations outside our shipping zones, email us at info@cntrpiece.nl with your address and the items you'd like to order, and we'll send you a personal shipping quote.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU, including Switzerland, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. These are charged by the local authorities or carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may also add to the delivery time.
